1. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance must be selected at checkout in order for a shipment to be eligible for protection against loss, theft, or significant shipping damage.
If shipping insurance is not purchased, Convoy Liquor is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, except where required by law.
Minor cosmetic issues, label wear, scuffs, small leaks, or slight packaging imperfections may occur during shipping and are generally considered normal transit-related issues. Convoy Liquor is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage.
2. Lost Packages, Delays, and Delivery Issues
Convoy Liquor is not responsible for lost shipments caused by carrier delays, customer hold requests, delivery rescheduling, address errors provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If a package is returned because delivery could not be completed, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from any approved refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If a returned package is received back in damaged condition because delivery was refused or multiple delivery attempts failed, the customer may be responsible for the full value of the order.
3. Adult Signature Requirement
All alcohol deliveries require the signature of a person who is 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery.
Packages containing alcohol will not be left unattended, left at a door, or delivered without a valid adult signature where required by the carrier.
By placing an order, you confirm that both the purchaser and the person accepting delivery are legally permitted to receive alcoholic beverages.
4. Customer Responsibility for Compliance with Alcohol Laws
By ordering from Convoy Liquor, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand and follow all local, state, and federal laws that apply to the purchase, shipment, possession, and receipt of alcoholic beverages in your area.
Convoy Liquor makes no guarantee that shipping alcohol to your location is permitted under your local laws. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally allowed to purchase and receive the products ordered and that any shipment arranged on your behalf complies with applicable law.
You also represent that the products purchased are intended for personal use only and not for resale.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 9 business days.
Ground Shipping
Ground orders submitted Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are typically processed within 1 to 9 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak periods, or when products are temporarily unavailable.
Express Shipping
Express orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are typically scheduled to leave on the next business day, although delays may still occur during busy seasons or if an item is not currently in stock.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing on the following business day and generally ship within 1 to 9 business days after that.

6. Shipping Limitations
At this time, Convoy Liquor ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally.
We also do not ship to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.
7. Payment Authorization and Order Placement
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and authorize Convoy Liquor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the order, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.
You are responsible for any state or local taxes that may apply to your order. Where required, California sales tax or other applicable tax will be charged based on the destination and governing law.
If an item in your order is unavailable after purchase, we may remove that item from the order and refund the applicable amount associated with the unavailable product.
8. Address Changes
If you need to request a shipping address change after placing an order, you must contact us as quickly as possible.
Convoy Liquor will make a reasonable effort to help, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be completed after an order has been submitted.
Any carrier fees, rerouting charges, intercept fees, or related costs associated with an address change request may be passed on to the customer.
9. Title to Goods
Because alcohol laws vary from state to state, all alcoholic beverages purchased through Convoy Liquor are deemed sold in the State of California.
Ownership and title to alcoholic beverages pass to the customer in California at the time the order is accepted by the carrier for shipment, after payment has been processed and any order holds have cleared.
From that point forward, the customer becomes the owner of the goods, subject to applicable law.
10. Shipping Law Acknowledgment
By placing an order on this website, you authorize Convoy Liquor to arrange shipment through a third-party carrier on your behalf.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your state and locality
You have obtained any permissions or approvals that may be required
You are legally permitted to receive the quantity of alcohol ordered
The recipient of the shipment will be at least 21 years of age

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convoy Liquor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the shipment, transport, delivery, or receipt of alcoholic beverages to your location.
11. Changes in Law After an Order Is Placed
If, after an order is placed but before it ships, a change in applicable law makes the shipment unlawful to your location, you may contact Convoy Liquor regarding the order.
If adequate proof of the legal change is provided and accepted, we may review the request and determine whether a cancellation or refund is appropriate, subject to California law and our internal review.
Once an order has shipped and title has passed to you, refunds generally cannot be issued on the basis of changes in shipping law.
12. Shipping Timing and Delivery Expectations
All products ship from California. We aim to process orders as efficiently as possible, but shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
A typical order may leave our facility within several business days, but total delivery time may vary depending on destination, weather, carrier conditions, seasonal volume, and product availability.
Shipping charges are based on factors such as package weight, destination, service level selected, and carrier pricing.
All delivered orders should be inspected promptly upon arrival.
If any item is missing or incorrect, you must notify Convoy Liquor within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery.
13. Incorrect Items
If you believe you received the wrong item, you must contact Convoy Liquor promptly and provide:
A photo of the unopened product received
Your order number or proof of purchase
This helps us review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
14. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after the number of attempts permitted by the carrier and the package is returned to Convoy Liquor, any approved refund may be reduced by a 25% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If the order originally qualified for free shipping, Convoy Liquor may deduct $40 for shipping and handling from the refund.
If a package is returned damaged because delivery was refused or repeated attempts were unsuccessful, the customer may remain responsible for the full value of the order.
15. Damaged Items
Convoy Liquor takes reasonable care in packaging orders for safe transit. Orders are packed using protective materials intended to reduce the risk of breakage during shipping.
Some items, including products with unusual bottle shapes or manufacturer packaging, may require specialized packing methods based on our judgment.
During periods of extreme weather, the customer is responsible for notifying us of any request to delay shipment. Convoy Liquor is not responsible for product issues caused by heat, cold, weather exposure, or transit conditions where the customer did not request a hold.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convoy Liquor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, delays in shipment, delivery issues, carrier handling, or the purchase and shipment of products.

Returns and Refunds
All purchases made through Convoy Liquor are final sale.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Failed Delivery Attempts
