Age Requirement and Website Use
You must be 21 years of age or older to access or use this website. By visiting or using the Convoy Liquor website in any way, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you agree to the terms outlined below.

The website Convoy Liquor (referred to as the “Site” or “Website”) is owned and operated by Convoy Liquor, a California company. Prices listed on the Site may change at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, Convoy Liquor reserves the right to correct any errors, including pricing mistakes, at our sole discretion.
Convoy Liquor may update or modify these policies at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Section titles or headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the policy. Any use of the words “including” or “include” should be interpreted as meaning “including without limitation.”

Returns and Refunds
All purchases made through Convoy Liquor are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or returns for products once an order has been completed. In rare cases where Convoy Liquor chooses to approve a return at its discretion, the following conditions will apply:

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the order originally qualified for free shipping, a $40 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone 21 years or older is available to receive and sign for deliveries.
If delivery attempts fail according to the shipping carrier’s policies and the package is returned to Convoy Liquor:

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the order originally shipped free due to a promotion, $40 will be deducted for shipping and handling.
If the package is returned to Convoy Liquor damaged due to repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for the entire cost of the order.
Exchanges and Store Credit
Convoy Liquor may provide exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives significantly damaged, customers may qualify for a replacement if:

The item is still available in stock, and
-
Shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.
If the item is no longer available, Convoy Liquor may issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that does not match the item listed on your order receipt, Convoy Liquor will:

Provide a prepaid return label, and
-
Ship the correct item once the incorrect product is returned.
If the correct item is no longer available, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
All sales are final once an order has been processed.
If a cancellation request is made before the order has been packaged or shipped, Convoy Liquor may approve a refund at its discretion. In such cases, a 10% cancellation or restocking fee may be applied.
